A non-refundable deposit of $39 is required to secure your design spot. This deposit will be applied toward your final invoice once you have built your final bundle of digital items.

If you choose not to move forward or no design is finalized, the deposit will not be refunded.

Design spots are reserved in 2-week time blocks. The more detailed your design consultation form is, the smoother and faster your design time will move.

Your first draft will be delivered to you between Tuesday and Thursday of the first week and revisions and edits will begin Friday and into the second week,

Timelines will vary slightly depending on response time and feedback.

A minimum of two weeks’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel your design time.

Rescheduling or canceling with less than 2 weeks will result in a $30 fee.

Final invoices are due within 3 days of receipt. A $25 fee will be applied to any invoice not paid within that time frame and no final images will be finished (removing watermark, sizing, additional items in your bundle) until your full invoice is paid.
