A non-refundable deposit of $194 (50%) is required to secure your design time. This deposit will be applied toward your final invoice once your website has been approved!

If you choose not to move forward or no design is finalized, the deposit will not be refunded.

Design spots are reserved in 2 to 3-week time blocks. This timeline depends on the size of your site and how quickly content and feedback are provided.

After receiving your consultation form, I will begin to sketch out the layout/ideas (yes, with pencil and paper…I’m still a little old school!) of your website pages and will create a list of content and information that I will need to get started. Once you approve the sketch/ideas I will create your login and password with SquareSpace.com and work will begin on your layout and pages.

Again, timelines will vary slightly depending on size of website, response time and feedback.

A minimum of two weeks’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel your design.

Rescheduling or canceling with less than 2 weeks will result in a $50 fee.

I use SquareSpace.com as my website host for all of my websites. I have found that once your website is designed and ready it is the most user friendly on the back end for business owners. It is a “drag and drop” system that allows for easy editing.

Once you have approved your layout sketch, I will create a username (you email) and password for you through SquareSpace. I will then go in and add LittleBlackLogo@gmail.com as a site “manager” so that I can access your site through my own login.

I ask that you don’t log in until it is ready to be viewed (promise, I’ll let you know!) Sometimes an accidental click of a button can delete, change or move things that will need redone or re-edited.

Once the log in is created we have a FREE 2-week trial! My goal is to get your site designed within these two weeks. Once those two weeks are finished, you will need to purchase your website package from SquareSpace. I will walk you through the best fit for your business and how to purchase, don’t stress! You can pay for your subscription monthly or annually, whatever fits best in your budget.

Final invoices are due within 3 days of receipt. A $25 fee will be applied to any invoice not paid within that time frame your website will not go live until your full invoice is paid.
